Yes and No. Although interaction with the panoramic environment is similar, there are less features and customisations on the non-JimJamPro 360 Interactive Tours. Matterport cameras and software are commonly used in real estate. Although the software is great for a basic walk-through of a property, the aforementioned features and customisation is minimal.
A JimJamPro 360 Interactive Tour can be fully customised to meet the needs of the business. (e.g. a video can play on a TV or conformed to almost any element in the image, still and video panoramas can be mixed and matched, the Skin {user interface} can be created with the business needs in mind, sound and visual effects can be added. 3D Models can be integrated. The ‘Tour’ can also be enhanced with Training elements such as quizzes and timers. Icons, logos can be changed or added, and even unwanted visuals in the panoramas can be removed.
And our ‘360 Tours’ aren’t subject to proprietary agreements by some 360 software companies. Meaning, the long term hosting fees are significantly less, and image and data rights can be kept by you.

Pricing is determined by property size, which determines the number of panoramas needed for the best viewing experience. The amount of features, client, customisation, and length of hosting also factor into the 360 Interactive Tour price.
Some businesses may only require one panorama (photo) but want 10 Hotspots and pop-ups, and their interface customised to match their specific needs. This ‘Tour’ may cost more than a one with multiple panoramas and larger square footage.

The ‘Basic Tour’ includes 360 panoramic images or video, one Hotspot (in tour information pop-up, image, video, web link…) per panorama, imbedded business logo, and contact information.
COMPLIMENTARY HOSTING
Your Tour takes up a lot of drive (Cloud) space and is kept secure on AWS servers. All ‘Tours’ include 3-months of hosting. Additional hosting can be purchased at anytime prior to the end of the period, or at a discount when purchased annually.
Unlike other similar ‘Tours’ JimJamPro 360 Interactive Tours can also be stored on your local servers.
*additional fees apply for added features, training and induction modules or requests made outside the service agreement.
