Preparing a Property For Real Estate Photography
T&Cs and FAQs
(For all services)
Cancellations less than 24hrs in advance will incur a $50 - $100 fee (depending on services required). Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a fee of 75% of quoted package, or $175, whichever is less. Fee to be paid within 7 days or prior to next JimJamPro provided service, whichever comes first.
Properties over 30km from Robina (one way) will incur a $30+ travel fee (distance and price determined by JimJamPro).
Agents must take all measures to ensure property is ready for photography/Video. Please refer to our complimentary Check List. JimJamPro only offers minimal photoshop removal of objects. additional fees may occur.
If you require specific shots, measurements, or details, please inform JimJamPro prior to work completed.
Prices are for the requested property only. Other locations or services may incur additional fees.

When will my order be ready?
Pending unforeseen circumstances, JimJamPro endeavours to have images back no later than 5pm the next business day. Videos may take up to three business days, and Floor Plans up to forty eight hours.
How do I prepare my property for photographs?
All properties should be ready for photography, or other serviced, when a JimJamPro (JJP) employee arrives at the scheduled time. Although JJP assists with placing and moving small items to get the ‘best shot’, it’s up to you, the client, to arrange cleaning and movement of items, prior to the scheduled time. An additional fee may be applied if the property is not ready for photography resulting in a longer shooting schedule and/or the photographer having to act as a removalist or stager. Take advantage of our handy ‘Prepare Your Home for Real Estate Photography’ checklist, and arrive prior to the photographer to insure the property is ready. Confirm with the owners or tenants well before the scheduled booking, check the weather or other conditions that may prevent the work. It is best practice to have owners and tenants away from the property during the booking time.
